Return Policies
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, skincare, perfumes, and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged after opening or use.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is incorrect.
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect.
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our store, such as sending a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
