For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, skincare, perfumes, and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged after opening or use.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, incorrect, or has a clear manufacturing defect. The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order, with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return Policies

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our store, such as sending a wrong, damaged, or defective product.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
